My brother is handicapped, and filled out the application three times before he received a phone, this took a year,then three months later they shut is phone off, I called the number to ask why his phone was shut off, they kept saying he is no longer eligible, I tried to explain to them why he needed the phone to call the handicap bus to bring him to the doctors appointments,if anyone needed the phone was my brother,they could care less about you, they me they would take care of the situation and call me back which they never did, there not good people and should be reported to consumer affairs,I don't understand if somebody is eligible for a free phone why do they make it so hard to get one, they need to be investigated for poor business practice against the handicapped,I don't know how these people sleep at night.
