I want to file a dispute
- - I was charged for a replacement item.
- - I was sent another replacement I do not want and fear it may happen again.
- - My card was not credited.
I was charged for something that was supposed to be a replacement.And instead, you guys are choosing to send me another replacement which I don't want and fear that the same thing will happen. They never credited my card

Extremely slow to ship

I was eager to buy some things from you guys as I have been disabled the past 20 months, and althought some of the stuff was a little pricey I went thru with it. only to come to find out shipping was heavily delayed, so I guess what I'm asking is once received can I send back everything but the grog black magic and I return the rest but can I please get a break on the restocking fees cause they cost more than the product.
so can we work something out where I obiously pay for the black magic ink and shipping and then maybe refund the rest minus like $10.
And honestly I guess out of excited or what but I didn't see the moving wherehouses thing until I tried to look for my shipping. anyways in sorry for being a pain in the *** but id really appreciate it

My order is currently still pending according to cashapp. I would like my order to be send with an order summery and receipt or to be refunded if needed.
