I don't know when the changes to BombBomb's support procedure happened, but they're now awful. I've been run around in circles thanks to a completely useless AI chatbot that has done nothing but make the situation worse and open useless tickets that haven't been resolved because there's no way to speak with an actual human on their team. God forbid you have any important business riding on being able to get email communications out, because they will not do anything to help you in a timely manner.
