I placed an order on 1/31 for a cutter Order ID ***** through RPMHardware.com and was told by the salesman that it would ship on Friday 2/2. I was then told by someone else in customer service 7/10 business days.

It is now day 32 business days and I still have not received any confirmation nor has anyone contacted me at all after several attempts to get information. I have spoken to several employees, some multiple times who do not tell me any updates that they will then speak to the merchants for an update or reach out to their product manager which I then do not hear back. I need an answer.

Before this I purchase a READY TO SHIP cutter from Tool Lots on 1/17 and found out on 1/30 that is was not in stock.

I had to cancel my order and then found a new item on RPM Hardware come to fine out its all the same business!! This is extremely frustrating.
