The awful customer service
I'm extremely disappointed the experience using Bolt Laundry. From start to finish, their service was riddled with issues that reflect poor management lack for customer's.
Pricing is completely misleading. I don't recommend Bolt Laundry to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service.
Their lack of accountability and poor customer support they don't prioritize their customers. They keep the tips.
