Took a round trip from D.C. To NYC and back. On both buses the outlets didn't work and the wifi didn't work. What's the point of using this company without that. You can't advertise amenities that you don't actually have.

On a bus that left NYC at 8:45am. Broke down in southern nj and despite being told that another bus was coming we are still here at 4pm waiting. Should have been in dc 2hours ago. Customer service and driver have repeatedly lied about what to expect. Will seriously reconsider ever taking or recommending bolt again
