Date: june 01 2016 Trip: boston to new york 1:30 pm departure Bus# 0823 Time of incident:~3:50 pm at half way food stop. The bus driver physically threatened me, insulted my intelligence, and also threatened to call the cops. He also appeared very agitated when I started opening the side compartment so I could get too my bag. It was as though he was hiding something in there that he did not want me to see.

Horrible customer service! Everyone tells you different things! I can never get a straight answer, and i get stressed everytime i talk with them. I take them regularly, and is just so frustrating to me! Dont have extra money, for another option!

Unprofessional Lady Driver New York to Washington DC.

My family and i got to the station in the rain, we were kept in the rain while the driver was in the bus eating. All her passengers in the rain kids included, we eventually got going after putting our bags in the bag compartment. On getting to DC my bags had completely moved from one end of the bus to the other, i approached the driver she said she had to get her keys, on getting her keys, she opened a different compartment i proceeded to let her know my bag was in the other compartment. She said the compartment wouldn't open that i should crawl in to get my bags, i let her know with 2 bags knees and braces on i couldn't bend, she then asked me to send my little 11yr old to do same, which i refused as the bags was to heavy for him to drag. She then said she would go get a greyhound helper, on the guy getting back with her she instructed the guys to bring the bags to the end of the bag carriers and leave them there for me to get but the guy refused and decided to bring them all out. What type of a person is this lady?

Don't use - they're thieves

Don't use them. Not only are their busses almost never on time, they have the most punishing rebooking/cancellation policy.

You're charged an additional $4.75 for each rebooking and if the bus you change to is more $ than the original, you pay the extra. Fair enough, I understand that.

BUT, if it's less than what you paid, they DON'T pay you back the difference AND you still get charged the $4.75 rebooking fee. By comparison, Best Bus lets you make changes for free, and gives you credit for the trip for up to 1 year if you have to cancel.

They are definitely thieves!!! Unbelievable. And this is after their confusion is all done & over with.....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Bolt Bus charges

Greetings, I called about two weeks ago from today February 23rd and no dates were available for the time I wanted to change my ticket to, so the customer service rep suggested I change it to the last date available which at the time was March 2nd to avoid losing money for my tickets. She told me the charges for the change at that time was $1.50 and informed me since the dates I was requesting were not available to check in the next week or so and have my tickets changed to the date I wanted which was March 5th and that the charges should only be $1.50. This was not the case today, the charges were $6.00 oppose to $1.50 and I was told the $3.00 fee could not be waived and then asked of for a manager and she put another customer service representative on the phone oppose to an actual manager. I am not happy with these additional charges when I was told I would only be charged $1.50 and I am requesting to be reimbursed for the extra charges of $4.50.

To whom it may Concern.   bolt bus going to Philadelphia via cherry hill bus # 0801. The 12:45 pm out of New York.  The bus driver opened both over head vents due to a so called smell. I smelled nothing.  It is absolutely freezing and I along with my fellow passengers are miserable. It is January and this is just unacceptable.  I feel trapped and my rights as a passenger violated. He will not close them and want a refund. What a horrible experience.

This was my first time taking a bolt bus and the charging adapter wasn't working and the engine of the bus broke down. So I thought I might have gotten unlucky but then my boyfriend took the bolt bus three weeks later and the engine on the bus he was on broke down too. They need to fix their buses or refund our money back, we pay to get to somewhere on time and if they don't they should refund the customers money back.

I have tried for over 30 minutes to join their club. It refuses my every attempt to give them a password. Any combination, words caps, numbers, length of password, etc. NOTHING WORKS. Worse, when I tried to go to their web site, my computer automatically returned to my last site's screen. EVERY TIME. Who are these bozos? Taking our money, but denying any contact, including joining the membership club they tout. I'm sure they don't want to lose any revenue from the non members. This is the sleazy world that buslines seem to savor. DONE.

I booked a ticket from Las Vegas to Los Angeles but was running late and missed it. I called customer service and was told I would be a stand by .The next day when I called to confirm everything before I caught the bus I was informed my ticket was no longer valid period.

Awful service, for the majority rides to NYC or NJ. This time instead of rude employees, drivers who don't know alternate routes and late arrivals; this bus was not properly serviced and went out of commission in Baltimore. No replacement bus to be seen waited over an hour on a dirty bus so I just boarded another bus headed towards DC. I will never use Bolt Bus again.

I just ride the bus from Bellingham to Seattle, the driver was obviously used to hauling hay because all he seamed able to do was slam the gas and brakes at second or two intervals. Makes my bad back really hurt, and the seats are not designed for human anatomy, anyone with back issues is going to have a long painful ride sitting straight up in the seat because the seats are designed to maximize lower back pain. Hated it, the website contract link is broken and the onboard Wi-Fi is down can't even load the page to complain, and I'm not going to call with the customer services complaints I'm seeing online. Bolt bus is just a badly done rebranding of greyhound, save yourself the pain stay home and hurt yourself.

No heating in freaking cold weather

I am currently travelling in bolt bus, 7:30 am departure from boston to New York and there is no heating inside, the driver said he cannot do anything as heating has failed ! I am already bit unwell and this cold weather inside bus is worsening my health.. I will never board Bolt Bus in future, highly inhuman service and I dont understand why I am paying so much for ? no heating. Also, the attitude of customer is highly irresponsible and careless, if given a chance I will like to sue your company for further worsening my health and respiratory condition. Kindly refund my ticket amount or at least try to make up for the inconvenience you have caused me
