Bogus Job Search Targeting Executives, Randall M. Evans
Job Search Ripoff Targeting Executives, Sonoma, CA Corporate Executive Systems & Roosevelt Montagne Complaint Filing a new complaint about Corporate Executive Systems On May 21, 2010, Randall M. Evans CEO & President, Corporate Executive Systems and Roosevelt Montage Worldwide, 1083 Vine Street, Suite 348, Healdsburg, CA, contacted me via telephone and email regarding the services of his executive job search firm. I signed a contract that contained a money back guaranty if I was unhappy with the service. After paying $750 I quickly learned that Mr. Evans was a not who or what he said he was. For example his office is really a UPS Store and I could find no phone numbers for the other offices he mentions in his email and web site. Neither business is registered with the state of California. I have formally requested a refund but he declines. He recently moved to the Seattle area. My check was sent to the address in Healdsburg listed above (UPS Store). His Assistant is named Virginia. His listed desk phone number is 206-331-****; his cell is 303-999-**** I have researched his web site (www.roosevelt-montagne.com) and found nothing but misinformation. Don't trust a word out of this guys mouth...he preys on people at their most vulnerable time and will talk you up and offers of a warranty are complete b.s. You are the last person I can take on this quarter...you have 5 recruiters waiting to talk...blah...blah..blah
I had a similar experience with this guy. He's a scammer and will defraud you. Stay away.

To anyone else reading: Randall M. Evans CEO & President, Corporate Executive Systems and Roosevelt Montage Worldwide and most likely a couple of other dozen names is better to stay away from.
He is only an internet hustler and up to no good, will only take your money.
All Randall Evans (aka Doug) sends to you via email for supposedly "recruitment services" is:

Same experience with Randy. Mine was for a smaller amount of money, but he doesn't do anything for you. Stay away.
I would like to defend myself as an individual, but I can see that this guy is just looking for a fight filled with assumptions, so I will just let people do their own research.
I Doug, aka Randall Evans, see you are still active, by active I am not suggesting that you actually perform recruiting duties.
Buyer beware.
This sounds like a bitter person who can't hold a job or do proper research. I have used this company and have had nothing but helpful results, accurate information, and prestigious connections.
