Terrible customer service guy, I tryed ordering on line and applied for the $15 credit for giving my email for adds, when I was to pay the $15 disappeared, customer service was no help at all actually
Customer service didnt help at all this is the second time dealing with him, I will not plbuy Boggs ever again because of him

Insoles
My kids insoles of their brand new boots kept wrinkling up and coming out and they made it right by sending replacements and two pairs of socks as a bonus.

Hello I bought some boots from Nordstrom 8 months ago and noticed they are leaking now I do not see any holes tears or any damage but they are most definitely leaking. Because of the leaking the boots stink and making me stink.
I mean a really bad odor. There is something that should be done about this I paid too much money for these to last 8 months
Second pair just the same
Second pair of bogs -72 winter boots to fall apart at the seams and leak. Now they will do anything and that's 3 pair in one year

Product failure
Stitching failed on bogs safety toe boots. They said they will send me new ones. Well see.

Hello my name is Antoinette Ishinaga I just purchase the boots and kickers for $67.50 and it went double purchase twice when I wanted just once on my purchase. Only just $67.50 of two shoes.
My computer was frozen and I thought it wasnt working. If you can please cancel one out from my order.
My card has a my name with Antoinette Quintana.
Ishinaga is my marriage name. I hope you can help me as soon as possible.

Bad customer service
I tried to get my kids boots from Bogs on line. First, I had to try at least 10 times to type in my address correctly (for some reason, they have the address matches Visa address form issues) and finally the order went thought.
However, they charged me 6 times more on my Visa which it never happens when I buy products on line with other companies. I sent the email to Bogs and customer service is just bad.
The representative just tried to explained and wrote long email without saying sorry for this inconvenience to customers neither the coupons or discounts, not type my name back. This may not be a big problem, but it shows the attitude that company towards the customers.

False advertisment
I ordered a pair on knee high boots online and when I got them the were only midcalf. Not only that but I never received an email conformation, and the boots never came with a receipt or order number and all I have to work with is the barcode on the box.
Not impressed. I believe I am due for a percentage of my purchase back in return for this hassle and the lack of professionalism I've endured.

Bought my bogs about a month ago starting to come apart on the back not cool for what they cost and they came highly recommended
Bogs footwear quality
I have owned several pairs of mens bogs footwear. Currently I have Tillamook Bay.
This is the fourth pair that have cracked on the top rubber where the shoe bends from walking.They have replaced the shoe before, but folks need to know there is a quality issue. Their new automated email return system is also hard to know if the email was sent back to them. It says nothing when to hit the submit button. VERY FRUSTRATING.
Don`t try to contact their home office in Portland Oregon. No one picks up the phone there.
Maybe they are on their way out, since I feel I am not alone with having poor quality issues with their rubber waterproof shoes. Buyers beware.
Odd dimensions and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Wanting to finally get some quality rain boots, I ordered two sizes of Bogs women's boots knowing that I would send one back. When they arrived I couldn't pull the boots up over my calves (admittedly a little large, but I have never had this issue with any other rain boot) and the foot was wide and reminded me of duck feet.
Needless to say, I was sending both back. However, the "invoice" that comes with the boots is more like a printed sheet of paper with NO phone number, NO return label (they advertise free shipping & returns!) and the only directions for returns is to make why you're sending them back. That's it. SO after going and looking up the number and calling I was told I would get a shipping label sent to me "by tomorrow." I just received an e-mail yesterday afternoon saying my refund had been processed and giving me a confirmation.
There is no credit on my card and I have checked with the bank and there is no error on their part.
So, now I have to get back into it with Bogs for them to actually give me my money back. Never again.
