Hello, my name is Bülent Akyüz, and I am a regular customer of Boggi, both in London and in Milan. The movable part of the metal button on my denim pants, which I recently bought from Boggi Italy, is separating from the fixed metal part on the pants.
I put it back on; it partially holds, but it comes off again when I take the pants off. It's highly likely to get lost. I would appreciate your suggestions on this matter.

- - April 6: su misura suits and shirts had wrong measurements.
- - I had to return them; refunds are delayed.
The worst shopping experience I've ever had. On April 6, I bought and paid for su misura suits and shirts.
The garments came with the wrong measurements. I had to return everything because nothing fit and they still haven't sorted it out. At the store in Lisbon, they say the problem is in Italy... it's all excuses and they don't solve anything and in the meantime, they've had the money on their side for over 2 months.
It's a store and a brand to avoid! Be careful when shopping at the store in Portugal.
