Don’t know if I got a scam site for my order

I created an order, got a confirmation from I thought a true site, but then I got a place to pay, and pay pal popped up

Also after paying got receipt from a name in China I think

I dont know if I should cancel order as a site said they are made in china and the mailing will prob show that

Stolen package

FedEx dropped off my package at the foot of my steps and it got stolen off my porch November 29th... FedEx told me I wasn't able to file a claim with them I had to contact you for my packages

They cancelled my sale order as out of stock but would allow me to order at full price.

not having as advertized 24/7 customer service contact available is false advertizing. also not responded to message sent (now the only way to contact as all "busy" is not good customer service.

Hello I received original bogg bag as a gift. The original bag (bubble gum) is too large and I want to exchange it for a baby bogg (green).

The bags strap is placed on backwards and handle is twisted. *** Sporting Goods is the only place to purchase bags.

Receipt was not included in gift package and Im not sure what to do or how to return. Please advise what options I have Stacey
