Powell, OH, office does not return phone calls
- Rep left a home phone message; I called back.
- He would be away 5 days and did not return calls.
- Broker claimed he tried my cell several times.
Representative left me a message on my home phone after which I returned his call the next day. A young lady indicated rep would not return to the office for 5 days.
Upon his return to "work", he never returned my call. However, when contacted by my legal representative, the broker stated that he had tried to call me on my cell phone several times. It seems strange that his call to me did not go through when all others had. When I arrived home after his conversation with my legal rep, I had another message from him so I attempted to call him on Monday at 4:15.
No answer!! What business closes at that hour of the day?

Preferred solution: More diligence in returning phone calls when promised.

If you want to get fleeced by a bunch of BS brokers who can't get hired by the real investment firms, you have found a home! The term second rate doesn't even apply to this bucket shop.
People flee this place faster then a movie theater when someone yells "fire" or at the airport when the latest old lady passes through security with a strange face after being groped by TSA.
Their website lists the the movie Star Wars in 1977 as one of thier historical achievements. Brilliant. Maybe Luke Skywalker can find my money somewhere in the galaxy.
