I have been calling body kits for over 3 weeks now I have done a return and nobody have been able to give me my money back i am looking to file a lawsuit if this is not taken care with a call back asap.I will be filing a lawsuit dealing with the matter. Nobody answers the phone to take care of the matter.

Dont answer the phone and I've been waiting for a refund

I've called multiple times and they dont answer or return calls. I've also requested a refund they told I would get it back in 7 to 10 days a month went by and still no refund.

When I call back they tell me it does not show in their system that the order was canceled.

So now I have to wait. This is ridiculous.

Bought headlights had them installed went for a drive and the backing of the headlights on bothsides fell out and lost my bulbs somewhere on the street.

Bodykits - Body Kit Review from San Francisco, California

Over a month ago my body shop ordered a complete body kit from bodykits.com for my 2003 Lancer Evolution 8. It was listed as in stock ready to ship.

4 days later they call and say they don't have that exact kit in stock but can get one very similar from a company down the street and have it shipped within 2 days. That was 3 weeks ago. Called again today and was told it hasn't shipped and can't give a reason as to why not. Absolutely nothing has been done to compensate for the extreme inconvenience and lack of urgency or customer service.

Quick to collect payment but extremely slow to deliver. Such a waste of time and money.

Ripped me off.

purchased bodykit online.waited approx 3 months.always got the run around on progress.finally was told they could not get it and was going to refund my money.drove to southern cal to pick up and was told they can only credit some and refund some.well i ended up getting the same kit for less with promp service down the street.the manufacturer itself. the owner refused to refund the money based on the company policy.i felt if he couldn't deliver the product its only right that gives the full refund.then he said he will give me a store credit.now why would i want to buy more stuff if you can't even fix the first problem ***.
