Dont answer the phone and I've been waiting for a refund

I've called multiple times and they dont answer or return calls. I've also requested a refund they told I would get it back in 7 to 10 days a month went by and still no refund. When I call back they tell me it does not show in their system that the order was canceled. So now I have to wait. This is ridiculous.

Bought headlights had them installed went for a drive and the backing of the headlights on bothsides fell out and lost my bulbs somewhere on the street.
