I paid for a large bottle of skin envy and it arrived shattered with oil on outside of package. So i paid $50 some dollars for a broken bottle of oil and cant contact anyone to get a refund or replacement bottle. Not a happy camper.

We ordered oils, diffusers, bracelets and necklaces. The site lists the ingredients however does not make it clear and obvious that people with tree or nut allergies may be affected by some of these oils. My mom tried the Breathe Easy and is allergic to nuts and trees...

Sadly I fell for the hype in the advertisement that the PURE ZECHSTEIN MAGNESIUM OIL would help leg cramps, leg pain or restless legs, used it every night before going to bed, the only thing it did was make my pajamas greasy and the linens on the bed, no relief from the...

I love Avon products and have been using them for more years than I would like to admit to. I love the Skin so Soft, Soft and Sensual bath oil. HOWEVER, the bottle it comes in is a disaster. The bottle is very smooth and it becomes oily with the use of the product and ther...

When i first tried the Almond Cookie Spray i fell in love. I could wear it on Monday and still smell it on Friday.
And the compliant were outrageous. Everyone loved it. But the last couple of times it has smelled different. Its weaker.
And then i see white women in ads for a line invented by s black women. This is sad for me because while i dont mine spending money on a great product this one has lost its touch.

All in all I have been pleased with the the Limelight products. I particularly liked One Drop Wonder. However, the ridiculously thin material the one drop wonder bottle is made from will keep me from purchasing it again. It is so thin that the slightest bump can shatter...
Garnier - Terrible customer service.

I bought their oil beauty skin perfecting oil, hoping it would give some additional moisture to my skin. On the second say.of use not only had it not given it any additional.moisture, my skin was actually pulling as it was so dry.
When I rang Barnier they said that as I had us ed do the product there was nothing they could do. How could I possibly know if the product was any good before using it? After much discussion they offered me a partial refund as a "goodwill gesture".and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that it would take 48 hours.
I cannot believe the terrible level of customer service demonstrated by this company. I have used their body lotion for years but will not be doing so in future all for a fee pounds compensation which they should have offered me!
