Frustrated... actually FURIOUS.

I ordered a male and female Body Kun figure in September and received the male about 3 weeks later. Since then, I have emailed them repeatedly looking for the female figure which didn't arrive. Each time I get an apology, but no product. Finally they told me they had no stock and that I would be put on a priority shipping list. Weeks passed...I emailed them yet again. At last I received confirmation that the parcel was indeed mailed and a tracking number provided. When I checked it, it claimed that the parcel was headed to San Francisco. I LIVE IN CANADA. Naturally, I immediately brought this to their attention. They claimed they looked into it... and that they were pleased to report the parcel had been delivered.... yes, TO SAN FRANCISCO, thousands of miles from where I live. It is now a week from Christmas. The gift I ordered in September is not here. I have one male figure but not the matching female. And I STILL AM BATTLING WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY.
