Last week I got a text from Body Details saying that they file for bankruptcy. I was a customer for a while and I had the package for a lifetime laser.
I've been going crazy trying to contact anybody with any number but every number I'm calling is not working. I don't know what to do.
I'm trying to get a refund or something but I can't speak to anybody. This is so ridiculous!!

Hello,
I am an existing customer doing laser tattoo removal. I have paid in full. The location nearest to me is closed, and I have tried to call other locations that are open to schedule with them. However, I keep getting sent to voicemail. All I want is a refund for the sessions I didn't complete or a way I can finish out my remaining sessions at a different location.
