My opinion is what changed? their quality or their abilities? Is that why they don't HONER their word and have changed their policy? NOW ALMOST 2000.00 spent as a LOYAL customer (OLD PATRON) with a shop that RAVES on BEING IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 30 yrs. This Shop Acknowledged that they DID HAVE LIFETIME TOUCH UPS BACK THEN however now they guarantee for only 1 yr. OH BY THE WAY STILL THE SAME OWNERS ALL these years!!! Wow I have had 5 tattoos by Terry Ward and My ex husband had 1 from him also my Brother has had 2 created by Terrry Ward.... Back when Chico and Terry where there It was a LIFETIME GUARANTEE (THAT MEANS TOUCH UPS)!!! Alex Barnes said that THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD because the artist is no longer working there. If a touch up would be less than an hour he would charge shop rate of $60.00 TO BE A ASSET TO OUR COMMUNITY Body Accents should be BE AN UPSTANDING HONEST place of business! DON"T RIDE THE COAT TAILS OF PAST ARTISTS REPUTATIONS IF YOU DON'T HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS!! # SHADY
