Need to have phone numbers where they can be reached and stop lying about when people will get there package u email them and they saying it the wrong email . So O am very disappointed and will never order from them again

Never received full credit for items. Just would appreciate a credit.

- - Ordered a Neck Massager from Bodwellbeing.com; it arrived in 2.5 weeks.
- - Return directions require contacting Service, but there was no response.
In the beginning of November I ordered an Intelligent Neck Massager from Bodwellbeing.com, it arrived about 2 1/2 weeks later.
When I got the product I realized that it wasn't what I had expected/hoped for, so I decided to return it (unused.).
The info from the company said that I had to contact the Service Department to get return directions. I sent them a message (as per their instructions) and waited a few days nothing happened, I called the number listed and got a message saying to send them a message, sent another message nothing happened, I called them a few times today and immediately get a busy signal.
The information when you buy a product refers to easy returns. This has definitely NOT been true.
