Horrible - DO NOT ORDER
Please do not order online.
I received a damaged product and though I contacted them immediately, they are reviewing the situation (they are also unsure of the time frame of when it will be reviewed and resolved). I am confused on why as a customer that has paid and should be receiving a product that is fully functioning, I am waiting even longer for the possibility of a fully functioning product to be sent.
Is that not a right that I have as a paying customer?
I attempted to return the item because I am not impressed with their customer service. They have let me know that they cannot allow me to return the product because it is damaged!
But the item came damaged!!! I am confused!!!

I would rate this company a ZERO if I could! Worst customer service ever.
BE CAREFUL, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a set of 6 double walled glass bistro mugs, 4 are fine and the other 2 are damaged. I emailed the company same day I received them, they replied and asked for photos, which I sent them the very next day. I have never heard from them again, I've emailed them, I've called, but their outgoing messages say to email them (there isn't a person you can talk to).
They have simply ignored me now. I'm so disappointed, I wish I had seen the negative reviews prior to ordering the mugs. I was willing to send the 2 mugs back for replacements, but now I just want a full refund for the entire set, I refuse to keep these mugs. With my luck, I may not have a choice, I may have paid for 6 mugs but only have 4.
I did submit a claim with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so I'm hoping to have this issue resolved with their help. It's not about the money or how much I spent, it's about this company's integrity, which they have none - ZERO!!

My Bodum grinder stopped working one day in May, just a few months after purchasing. I called the customer service and the automatic voice machine said that I should email my message because of pandemic.
I emailed them and my request logged as #302144. They asked me for an address and a video of my problem. I sent the video and address. They didn't do anything after that, and no response.
I sent new requests that logged as #305080 and #303705.
They just answered that I should not send more request.
Now, we are in middle of July and after two months, I have not received any support and service from Bodum company.
I was a Bodum customer for many years and have many of its products.
I bought this item from Bodum site with #40018**** number.I tried to upload that video here, but I got error. They have my video if they want to look at it.
Calling Bodum customer service, just forward me to sending email.

This little thing is not without some advantage. When you are tempted to watch TV with a great cup of joe it is sure to get you off the couch and Into the garage for regular maintenance and repair.
It needs to be unclogged every second use if you use the fine grind option. They could have made it quick and easy to clean, but these pesty little clogs keep you active and off the couch. Todays activity was thanks to the switch falling out. I would have watched TV all evening if this thing was built well.
Im actually Looking forward to my next repair. Thanks Bodum. And thanks from my wife too. No more sharing the remote.
She loves it.
Might buy more junk from you when Im older. I dont want to get lazy.

Similar thing happened to me - I received a completely defective product and they are refusing to send me a functioning one!!!!!
