I sent a blouse back to Boden via Waitrose two weeks ago, no acknowledgement for receipt of this blouse? I then wrote to Boden no reply? Really quite surprised at this, I generally have a refund within five days?

J'aimerais savoir si vous savez qu'une entreprise portant un autre nom et vendant (soi-disant)vos articles sur un site qui ressemble beaucoup au votre, existe.
Ce site (viaja-ya.com) utilise VOS photos , VOS robes (les anciens modèles en tissu ottoman qu'e vous ne vendez hélas plus: la robe Eillen, Amélie, etc...) mais à des prix bradés...
Et c'est un site de voleurs.
Il est basé à HONK HONG, n'envoie pas de mail de confirmation de commande...et n'est pas joignable...
