Don't bother filling out the warranty card. They do nothing with it.

Make sure you keep your invoice with the order number in a secure location. Without it your warranty is junk.

Don't pay any attention to the statement that they answer all emails within 24 hours. That is BS.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It's not Bodega that resolved the case.

It's probably another X chinese subdivision that sells the same product under a different name.It's Wayfair that agreed to completely refund the product. The customer client Wayfair is TOP NOTCH !.

Bought from Wayfair a BODEGA Cooler:

Paid almost 800$
Shipped from USA by Bodega and received a used open box and returned one.
Then good luck to talk with somebody from Bodega !
Their "Professional" email received over the Facebook chat at some point, looks like ...@outlook.com and the issues that was addressed was cited from the manual.
Technical problems with controlling the ttemperature, started to be enough serious to want returning the unit. Since I mentioned this, I have no other response from Bodega.
Waiting from Wayfair an answer about this case for a product that fail to deserve my money, even as used.
I'll follow up about he devellopings.
