Car Repair Review
I have tried to have a safety recall remedied at Boch Toyota. I was erroneously told the part was in. When I brought the vehicle in the part was not in. I said that I wanted to complain to someone the service manager rudely said "you do what you have to do buddy". A month later I tried to get the car fixed again. When I asked if service could double check if the part was in I was hung up on.
