On 12/20/21 your salesman named Majed Abdella and Emily Dugan made an agreement with us for a new vehicle purchase with trade. Purchase: 2022 Rav 4 Hybrid XLE, VIN: 4T3RWRFV8NU050841 Purchase price: MRSP $ 32484 Doc fee: $529 Out state delivery : $499 Market Adjustment: $1500 Total: $35012 My trade on ( 12/20/21) : Trade: 2020 Honda CRV VIN: 2HKRW2H52LH623631 Mileage: 20375 Trade value: $32000 I Paid a deposit of $500 on 12/20/21 for a vehicle to be ordered. 2/16: Got a call from salesman Angel and John ( Majed apparently left Boch) about delivery of the vehicle. I was told that I need to bring the car in for appraisal. In Fact they already agreed for $32000 on 12/20/21. 2/17: My wife drove 1.5 hours from Nashua NH to the dealership. They treated my wife unfairly. They appraised trade at $30000. Reason for lowering the trade value ( from $32000 to $30000) as per both salesman and manager was that we kept using the car and increased mileage to 22100 ( 2/17/22) . According to them I should have kept the car home and not drove. They kept insisting that the ‘used car market’ went down. My argument was if that's the case than lower my Market adjustment of $1500 that I paid on top of MSRP. Can someone please reach out to me and explain. Why was the agreement not honored.? Both the salesman and manager's attitude were not professional to a female customer and felt like discrimination like being asian. We were disappointed cuz we waited 2 months for our dream hybrid and ended up with nothing and wasting two months. Who is responsible for wasting two months on price drop on my trade as indicated by the salesman? I was ready to trade on 12/20/21 but you didn't have a car for us. We felt Boch treated us like we were coming from a third world country and didn't listen to us at all. We felt that Boch wanted to make more money on selling our trade to other customers with higher profit. I have tried to have a safety recall remedied at Boch Toyota. I was erroneously told the part was in. When I brought the vehicle in the part was not in. I said that I wanted to complain to someone the service manager rudely said "you do what you have to do buddy". A month later I tried to get the car fixed again. When I asked if service could double check if the part was in I was hung up on.
