"UNRESOLVED" to date. We are seeking reimbursement for expenses from Boca Recovery due to their misrepresentation/lack of due diligence.

We are awaiting a response from the owner. To date, we have not heard anything, but understood that owner "may" be inclined to reimburse us for our unnecessary expenses.

Don't waste your time with this facility/recovery center, Boca Recovery Center. They don't do their due diligence re: confirming medication acceptance, Benzos, we checked in, in advance and we were told they would take Cobazam/Onfi medication.

They said (2 individual's including owner's brother, Mike over the phone) said it would be allowed which they obviously didn't know what the medication was b/c they didn't even Google it, which is the most "simple" thing to do even if management isn't coordinating oversight.

When we arrived and went through their check in procedures, we assumed all was set up. However, Clobazam was not an accepted medication and they wanted to change it to a different one that did not work, and we ended up checking out the same night we checked it in. SAD.

Also note it's a VERY bad neighborhood. When we arrived that day there were police there arresting someone hanging outside that facility, should have known better, no coincidences, was out of control.

DON'T waste your time at this facility, and don't believe what you read on their website. No accountability from brother or owner of business.

Look elsewhere!!

Thanks to TED the finance rep, all monies were refunded, but false (ignorant) misrepresentation by owners brother Mike. Icky location, don't waste your time!

Cons:
  • Lack of oversight by management to education intake personnel

Preferred solution: Apology and change to education (or educating the people on the phone re: intake including Owner's brother who said they'd accept medication Onfi/Clobazam) of people over the phone taking medication intake. No oversight, should be owner's responsibility.

User's recommendation: Don't bother, no due diligence, tour the place, no responsibility for what they say!
