Poor Service, Blocking calls, hang ups, unprofessional service
The people here seem real nasty beyond providing awful service. . They put you on forever holds,never call to advise of status or problems, then duck your calls when you try to follow up. In 50 years, Ive never seen a business run like this. They basically take your documents then think they can treat people like crap! Ashley is the main person who seems to run this S show. If you hate your job, dont do it! AVOID BOCA TAG AND TITLE, they suck!go to DMV
