- - Worn 2-3 times last spring, then not worn over winter.
- - About a month ago the top front of both shoes cracked, and they began peeling with wear.
I bought these shoes and have worn them 2 or 3 times when I first bought them last spring. After not wearing them for the winter.
When I put them on about a month ago the top front of both shoes cracked.
Then when I wore the shoes again they started peeling all over. I do not think wearing them for a total of 30 days they should be in such rough shape.
User's recommendation: Do NOT buy shoes from BOC that have a pattern on them! They might peel, and contacting the customer service department is not possible.

I am not sure if the BOC people are getting my messages. I am not computer savvy.
I do not understand why there isn't a number that I can call and speak to a person about this. This will be the 3rd time I am filling out this questionnaire complete with pictures, if I am doing thus correctly.

My sandals started peeling after having them for 3 months. I'm not very happy about it at all. You need to send those shoes in boxes, not folded over in a plastic bag.

Shoes are peeling

I bought my shoes at a store in Maine, last year. I live in Connecticut.
I was on vacation, and I wore them twice last year in the summer when I bought them. I put them on 3 weeks ago, and wore them for the day. A few days later I broke my left foot ( not related to the shoes). The only shoe I could wear on my right foot that was almost equal to the height of my walking boot on my left foot is my BOC shoe.
After the second day of wearing the one shoe I noticed cracking across the top of the shoe. I checked the left shoe and noticed there was cracking across the top of that shoe as well. Since the right shoe is the only shoe with the right height I have been wearing it daily for 3 weeks. The entire side of the shoe is peeled off and most of the other parts of the swirling design are peeling as well.
I tried to find a contact for the store in Maine, however I do not remember the exact name of it, so I tried to call other stores I knew in the area and no one knew of any store with the description I was giving. I do not have a receipt because it was over a year ago since the purchase.

Can’t find the boot I’m looking for

I tried calling because I wanted to talk to someone about a certain boot that I got years ago with different material that I love and wanted to know if they still make this boot because everyone that Ive looked on their site I cant find that same material and I could not get through, so Im very disappointed because actually I love the boot, but its wearing out

- - I disposed of the black pair and felt embarrassed.
I bought two pairs of your shoes. One was black and the other was metallic gold.
When I wore the black pair, the sole separated from the wedge bottom. This happened on the right foot. I accepted that as a loss and disposed of the shoes. Later, when I wore the metallic shoes, the same thing happened.
I can only assume that it was a manufacturing error and you should be informed. I can't express the embarrassment I felt because each time this happened, I was in a social setting.

I just wanted to reach out regarding the disappointment for your BOC Parriton tote bag. I never spend much on my purses, but fell in love with it when I seen it.
I purchased the bag from a Shoe Carnival store and not even three weeks later the strap pulled out of the seam. I took it back to the store and they were nice enough to offer me my money back or an exchange. I reluctantly took the exchange because I really like the bag. Now, yet again the same strap came off the same way.
I do not carry much in my bags and Ive seen other reviews with the same problem. Not a product that should be on the shelves.
Its not a good look for the company. You should really look into why its made so cheaply!

Had flip flop thongs that the tounge broke quickly--- very disappointing since I barely wore them

Bad quality .After a few wearing the comfortable sandals the tongue or the thong part came out and I almost fell and hurt myself. I would expect for a quality comfortable sandals for it to last longer.

Faulty purse

I bought a purse from this company and within three weeks the strap came out of the seam. I took it back to the store, and they offered me my money back or an exchange.
Reluctantly, I chose exchange because I was trying to have faith it was just a goof and I really liked the purse. Low and behold, another four weeks later and the same strap came loose from the seam again.now I am stuck with a barely used $70.00 purse with only one working strap!!

I have received 2 pairs of BOCs recently as gifts. The first pair's issue was they completely separated from the soles...on both shoes.
Worn once. It looked like they were poorly glued together. The second pair has started peeling on the tops of both shoes after the 3rd time wearing them.
I've had shoes from Walmart last 10 years, and these pairs have lasted 2 weeks. Will never purchase this brand or request as a gift again.
