My son received a $50 gift card for Robux and he added it to his account, which already had 400 Robux. A week later, when he logged on to purchase something, all of his Robux was missing.
I had to purchase another $50 worth of Robux for him. There's no one to talk to, and I can't get a hold of anyone to reimburse him for his Robux.
