Buckwheat groats

I was trying to find out where I could buy buckwheat groats, apparently you dont answer the phone. Im not feeling well and didnt want to read and write and answer questions. I just wanted a simple answer. So although I like your products that I have tried, I feel like your customer service is not very good.

Plastic seals not on 2 containers

Good afternoon, I'm sending this message concerning order # 100066****, item13868C0112, dated 4/24/2022. This order was sent by Elizabeth Screven of Palm Harbor, Florida 34683-****. This is the second box sent by my sister. I found 2 containers that did not have the sealed plastic wrap firmly attached to the container (under the lid).
