Racial Discrimination
- - Car towed; Bob dismissed issue without checking.
- - Reviewer accuses Bob of racism toward people of color and says they will not use his services again.
Bob is a racist JERK if i've ever met one. I had my car towed in to him after it would no longer start. I assumed it must have been the transmission as my check engine light had been on when it was working.
Bob did not even bother checking to find out what the issue was. He went off the description I gave him and said it was not the transmission and told me he could not help me. He then proceeded to tell his mechanics at the top of his lungs (His exact words) "GET THAT PIECE OF JUNK OUTTA HERE!" with a nasty smirk on his face.
I was humiliated in front of complete strangers all because I am a poor bi-racial woman of color. Bob goes out of his way to make it known that he does not care for people of color who are poor yet runs his business out of a predominantly African-American neighborhood where most of the residents are poor. This guy needs to get a clue.
Since he clearly LOATHES POC with a deep burning passion maybe he should consider relocating his business to Birmingham where other wealthy fascists who speak his same hateful language reside.
*** will sponsor the Winter Olympics before I ever make use of Bob's services again. I wouldn't trust him to fix my dead grandmother's ventilator.
I'm also tired of him BURYING truthful reviews about the shady way he runs his business and accusing people of"throwing the race card" when they expose his shady *** Rot in *** Bob. You are a true POS and a complete disgrace to the auto profession.
