Worst Company EVER!!
We purchased two Bobe fire and water bowls almost three years ago for almost $10,000. They have NEVER worked. Our poor pool guy has had the electricians and gas plumbers out countless times to try and get them working. He even purchased new guts for both fire bowls because Bobe would not stand behind their products. I just learned that one of the largest pool builders in the Dallas Ft Worth area has pulled all Bobe products from their pools due to their unreliable nature and replaced them with Grand Effects products.

I agree! Now trying e-business through woodland direct.
Came without parts, no installation instructions and no access for a manual valve, although they sell that way. Called comapny and they were rude and said it’s on you. That they sell the pot and it is up to your installer. The way the pit is designed, you have to install the off/on valve outside the pit.
No access panels or base.
Not for existing installations. No way even to send the gas hose through the bowl for an external mount.
