Trying to order a way from the company give out the number to the company, the one 800 number so you can know how to send in to order them

They offered to have me print out a label to mail the wig for inspection, but they never responded when I asked how long the process takes, or what happens if they do/don't find defects in the wig.
Overall, I am still out of $175 with a wig that has lace continuing to tear and rip. This has been a terrible experience.

As soon as I went to wear it, the lace started to rip. I've been wearing lace front wigs for 10 years, and I have never seen lace ripped this bad before, and quality this poor. I reached out via email with photos of how damaged the wig was, and to request a refund, or a replacement, and they just forwarded me to Bobbi Boss directly. They said I would have to take it up with them.
I have not gotten a response from either Joe's Beauty or Bobbi Boss, after spending $176 on a wig I cannot wear. I have called the Bobbi Boss line 4 times. Once on Tuesday, and Wednesday, and twice today. Both times I called today, the operators told me they're on lunch.
First it was 11:30am-12:30pm, and second time was told it's 12:30pm to 1:30pm. Unless they answer and help provide a solution to my problem, DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM OR BUY FROM THEM!

Advertised as 100% human hair wig on tag, and it is not as verified by 2 hairdressers. I was told that I could highlight the hair which it wouldnt take and cut bangs, which was false as it has a middle seam creating a part and wouldnt allow for bangs to sit naturally on forehead. Therefore, the wig doesn't fit my needs.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
