Poor management

I received an email stating I needed to bring my Venue to the dealership to have a recall addressed and I was also due for an oil change. I have been rescheduled 3x and still do not have my oil changed or the recall fixed. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have lost money from my job due to taking off of work just to get this done! The first time I drove all the way out there and was dismissed and the last 2x I received a phone call 2-3 hours prior. Also, if you ask to speak to a supervisor your call is then forwarded to Joels voicemail but Joel never contacts you nor does anyone else! Do not use this business.

2011 Kia Sorento starts sparatically, or not at all

On 11/02/13 My car didn't want to start. I went back in the house and googled it. It appears to be a faulty brake switch. I tried the car again and she started right up. I made an appointment with Bob King Kia in Winston Salem, NC that same day. They couldn't find anything wrong with it, couldn't duplicate the issue so they sent me on my way. This morning, it wouldn't start again, we tried and tried, let it sit for 30min. Tried again, nothing. Had it towed to Bob King Kia and of course when we get there it starts. So the service managers have worked on it all day and can not find any cords or to get the vehicle to duplicate it. They refuse to change out a $20 part to rule it out because there are no codes. After they have now had the car for 2 days, I'm going to have the brake switch replaced at my own expense and at that point they will loose all future business. (past relationship is 7 yrs and 3 KIA's). Sure hope the $20 Part was worth it. Idiots!
