They're awful human beings. These scammers took over $3000 more from me without my knowledge! My first bill came in the mail and there was a $17,000+ loan on a KBB valued $12,000 car!!! At signing, the loan officer was mysteriously absent and the salesman was clueless.
I signed papers with the sale price plus taxes, fees... NEVER saw an extra $3,000 tacked on anywhere for "extra coverage" which this certified car with less than 4,000 miles Did not need. It makes me sick every time I'm forced to pay this outrageous price for a car that sat so long the tires have pertinent indentations causing awful noises. Be careful what you sign!!!!
PLEASE be smarter than me and do NOT trust these snakes...

Unacceptable Service Quality
- The keyless entry issue is not fixed; resets occur.
- It's my third appointment for the same issue.
- The car is great, but service is unacceptable.
Marketplace Mazda - Rochester, NY I was told by the service center to make another appointment for a problem they did not fix. My key less entry has not been fixed.
All they do is reset it and send me on my way. Then 5 minutes down the road the "key malfunction light" turns on again. This will be my 3rd appointment for the same exact problem. I wish there was a better alternative then this service center but, I'm forced to keep using this place to get my service done.
The car has been great. The people are the problem.
They rather shrug their shoulders then take the time to fix the problem. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE QUALITY
