Lack of help from American Honda Customer Service

My 2018 Odyssey purchased new had a Safety Recall. The rear latches on both sliding doors were replaced. When I noticed the passenger sliding door was misaligned, I made a service appointment. At my appointment time, the service adviser told me ALL Odysseys that had the recall work done had the same misalignment. I contacted customer service 2-21-19 and had a case # assigned. The representative only returned calls sometimes when I left voicemails. Last Friday she promised I would get a call Monday. This is friday and I've had no response. I've asked for a statement from American Honda as to whether what I was told was accurate information. I've sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails with no response AFTER A MONTH!
