DO NOT USE!!!!!!

You talk about ripoff artists! I beg everyone listen to me do not ever ever use them under any circumstances they will try to sell you things that you do not need! I am elderly handicapped lady who got partially taken by their outrageous price. Who pays $400 just to replace a shut off valve for a 1 year old water heater? On top of that insult he told me I absolutely had to have a relief pressure tank well I knew better! You could just see by his actions it was rehearsed he just wanted money. My sister had a similar experience, so I found out later that Bob Hamilton tried to sell her many things that she did not need! Little did this rude technician know that I have a background in facilities when I was able to work and I knew better and that he was full of baloney!!!!! Beware!!!beware!!!! beware!!!!!!

Bob Hamilton Plumbing: Out in the open thieves

Requested service for a leaking residential water heater. It was quickly determined that a wall would need to be removed, which was unacceptable and declined. We were charged $ 518 per hour for 3 hours for no service of any kind whatsoever ! Company office defended it by saying they charged $1,500 for the service technician's " knowledge and experience. " Apparently his fraud experience. And who makes $ 518 per hour ? For anything, let alone for doing nothing ? Bob Hamilton Plumbing of Overland Park, Kansas was sold to American Residential Services of Memphis in 2017. It may be safe to assume that ARS are thieves also. Not yet determined. We are out $1,500 and no water heater.

A leaking water heater is 9 times out of 10 the kiss of death and cannot be repaired. The only possible repairs could be to the drain spigot and the in-out piping.

Not stating the age of your unit, you'd have been way better off to order up a new one from a reputable dealer. Sorry to be the one to bring it up, but I have tons of experience with water heaters, both residential and commercial.

Who makes $518 per hour ? Have you watched any "professional" sports lately ?
