- Purchased a truck from Bob Davidson Ford Lincoln in Baltimore; I have been ignored since signing and am awaiting a bed cover per 'We Owe' paper.
I purchased a truck from Bob Davidson Ford Lincoln on 1845 E Joppa Road in Baltomore Maryland and ever since signing the papers I have been completely ignored with the poorest customer satisfaction I have ever seen in all my years. I have been owed a bed cover and it's been 1 and a half months and still no bed cover.
The sales manager has brushed the problem off to the sales associate who ignores me as well.
On top of this I still have the "We Owe" paper stating they owe me the bed cover. This has been the worst experience of my life from a dealership and they just don't care about you at all once you sign the papers and they have their money.
