Abused Credit Reporting Procedures

During the process of trying to get us into a cheaper vehicle . Brady Dodge continued to make over Ten Credit Inquires on our Credit resulting in dropping our Score 60 to 80 points I was informed . This is totally jnfair to the person attempting to purchase a vehicle and they could care less . All they want is to make a deal. They are a high volume car dealer. We have purchased several vehicles over Ten years and have never been treated in this matter , Sales Team needs some work on being professional and treat their customers with more respect .

Service department.

I would just like to let you know about how horrible of an experience I had with your service department. This was my first time ever bringing in my 2015 Hyudnai Sonata, as I usually take it to Green in Springfield, but I thought I would give Bob Brady a try since they are so close. I called last week about getting my car fixed, because my check engine light was on. The lady that I spoke with told me to drop it off on Thursday at 10:00 and she reassured me if they had to order the part they would have a loaner car for me. When I took it in on Thursday they did end up having to order the part. At the time they said they had no loaner cars. I then called and spoke with Nick the service manager he explained that as soon as they got a loaner in they would call me, it would probably not be unitl Tuesday. I agreed then Tuesday came and went and they have told me my part came in, I then spoke with a lady I explained that I just would drop it off on Wed. night and asked if I could get an oil change while it was in there. The lady told me yes and made a note on my account. Thursday aroun 10:00 you call to let me know my car was ready. I go in to pick it up and no one can find my keys. Come to find out they were left in the car. Then the receptionest explains to me that they have being leaving keys in vehicles over night. I was shocked. They then fine my keys and hand me my paper work and explain to me that I have services due. I asked him did they do an oil change he stated no. I then told him when I scheduled the appointment I asked for them to just go ahead and change the oil while I was in there. The man then said "well there was no note." At this point I am unhappy but go ahead and leave. I dont even get to Foryth on the interstate and my check engine light is back on and it is doing the exact same thing it was doing before. I am so unhappy with the customer service in the service department. I understand my car was under warranty and they were not making money on me, but little do they know I trade in cars about every one to two years, so in the end I was a potential buying customer in the near future. I will never come back to Bob Brady and I just felt like you should no about my experience. I will conitnue to drive to Springfield and go to the Green dealership where I never have any issues.

Bob Brady Auto Mall in Decatur, Illinois Deceived Customers.

This Car Dealer allured people who filed bankruptcies to travelled to Decatur, Illinois promising to help them to own their car, then when you showed up to their store their unscrupulous staff rip you up by not being honest with everything like the actual car price , APR and etc. They will persuaded you to buy the car with so many deceptions without transparencies, for example " you have to grab it the deal , because of your bankruptcy" you have no other option but to buy it , you have already travelled 4 to 5 hours in order to be in their store. Do not bielieve this scam company, if you ever encounter them or call you by phone. You will be definitely victimize by them
