I just got a 2012 Volkswagen CC on a trade-in about a month ago and my experience service there (Mark, George and Bob) was professional, friendly and caring about my "hesitant" situation to replace my 2004 (13 yr) old Jetta I've had since new and took good care of it with vw dealership through out repair maintenance and warranties. It was difficult to let go of it since it had all new doors, fenders, and bumper (rust free).

I can truly say I am happy now of my new 2012 car and that it was all well taken care off from day 1. Financing it was well explained and thought through for best option available for me. Was amazed I could take it home same day.

I had issues with car 3 days in and they were all there to assist me to assure I can get to work.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this company. So far, I'm happy with my vehicle but was dismayed to discover that there was no gas in it when I took possession, other fluids had not been topped up, the vehicle had not been vacuumed or washed.

There was garbage in the vehicle and no incentives were offered.

To me, it would have been a courtesy to provide these things to a client.

The vehicle is a 2013 Doge Grand Caravan. The sale of the vehicle was effortless, just disappointed that the vehicle had not been cleaned or gassed up, or that other fluids had not been topped up as well.

The company is completely *** its bunch of scams ,the cars might look good and have a good price but thats not the case the cars are run down garabge just like their company . Look they will presude to buy a car by telling you want you want to hear so basically lies after the deal is done the company wont provide you any help . {{Redacted}}

We drove 125kms to test drive and buy a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. Took it for a test drive, wrote a cheque to buy it, but it was not ready for the road.

Waited 5 hours for them to get it road worthy. Excuses of its "lunch hour traffic" and MVI wouldn't pass because of the bad brakes. Then was told by Rob Patriquin (one of the salesmen) they had to drop the gas tank to fix the problem with the engine light . After that I wanted my cheque back but they took it to the bank so I canceled it.

They offered me some compensation to save the deal but after 5 hours sitting in a used car parking lot for a vehicle that was not ready for sale was too little too late.

Sorry Bob Blumenthal Auto this had to be said. I hope your business will learn from this mistake.

I bought a Chevy Cruze from from the Sammie car dealer ship and they help me out when I did not have good crited and I them so much because now I'm able to get around a lot easyer if ur reading this please by all means go to the dealer ship in Lower Sackville and tell them james terrio sent you they will take care of u there they are good to deal with and really friendly people there ask to see Mark or George so go on in to Liwer Sackville at 54 Sackville drive and once agin tell them james sent you dealer ship name is BoB Blumenthal Auto .

I thought I was doing it right by going to a dealership. At least I would have some recourse.

I'm a single Mom just moved from Sask. Paid almost $9000.00 for a 2007 subaru with 97000k on it. I told the rep there was something wrong with it after I'd had it for about a month. The repair shop in Dartmouth is terrible to deal with so I took it to steel for a quote.

Turns out I need a new engine. $4200.00 just for parts.

Blumenthals didn't care at all. Strait up told me they weren't going to help me.

They are very friendly and tell you what you want to hear. But don't try to get any support from them after the deal is done.

Do not buy from Bob Blumenthal Auto Sales, Sackville, NS.I bought a 2011 Buick Lacrosse & I had issues with it as soon as I drove it off their lot. 2 tires constantly losing air,bad rotors,2 bad wheel bearings & a coolant & power steering leak.To top it all off, they sold me the car with crushed rocker panels.They safety inspected it 2 months before they sold it to me & they were driving it daily until I bought it.They knew about the issues & some of them should not have passed the safety inspection.No return to any of my emails until we threatened to go public.They verbally said they would help us,but they lied.Poor customer service.Liars!
