Bob and Daves Lawn and Landscape

We hired Bob and Dave’s for lawn care and snow removal. 2017 lawn cutting went fine along with spring clean up.

The snow plowing is another nightmare.

We had the boundaries laid out with snow removal division. We needed them to not plow the gravel from the back of the building on the lawn. The first snow removal they plowed over the orange sticks in the ground for boundaries and proceeded to plow pile of gravel all over the lawn . We emailed then called 3 times to have them not plow on the lawn.

Every time we called we where told they would pass it on and would get the gravel out in the spring. Well here we are May 8th everything budding out and no removal. I was willing to pay for spring clean up 273.00.

Called about gravel and damage to done by snow plowing( took out a post also on the guard rail.) Got a bill for 1050.00 to pay in advance before they will fix it.

They took no responsibility at all for the horrible job done on plowing . Would never hire them for anything again.

Victor Roberto and Phil did work at my home removing and trimming bushes and edging my lawn.

They were not only respectful and friendly but did a highly professional job

They charged for services that we never got. Messy

We had them come back two more times and they still couldn't get it right. I could kick myself for paying them and now wished I would have sent a portion of the payment and made them fix it to be completely paid.

THEY ARE AWFUL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

The only course of action I can take is that they are losing my services and I am telling everyone I know about how awful they are. Apparently, their owners don't care about their reputation because I would love to dare them to drive by my house and tell me that they think that is a job that they would pay for.....

Be sure to count all of your plants and take pictures. Watch your home and Bob and Dave's work or some of your plants may turn up missing. Experience happen to us.

Horrible business to work with, the company did a horrible job snow plowing, over charge, did only half the job! Bad customer service...Never return any calls. Wouod not recommend this company at all..

First of all they post ads for jobs promising that you will be paid 9 - 13 dollars an hour. ( I worked for them. Your NOT getting 13 dollars an hour out of these cheap skates) Then they promise you a raise after 60 days. ( which you wont see) Then what they dont tell you is unless your a supervisor you DO NOT get paid to travel from site to site. so 1/3 of the time you are there, your not getting paid.

Bob and daves also has a habit of using something they call TIME ADJUTMENT. Where they take 8 min of the time you worked and DONT PAY YOU FOR IT. This little trick saves them hundreds of thousands a year. THey also ask employees to drive trucks that are NOT REGESTERED AND HARDLY STREET LEGAL.

Next time you see a Bob and Daves truck towing a trailer, look at the regestration on the trailer AND truck. the trailer is up to date. the truck isnt.

Another money saving trick.

If you are a customer of Bob and Daves, watch closely when employees come on to your property. you will see them doing all sorts of money making tricks. THey scalp grass so they dont have to come back and cut it again. But since you paid them one lump sum, they come out ahead anyway.

BOB AND DAVES EMPLOYEES ( INCLUDING MYSELF) HAVE ACTUALLY HAD TO DRIVE THE MOWERS OVER CUSTOMERS LAWNS ( deck raised so no grass is getting cut) JUST TO MAKE THE LINES SO IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE CUT YOUR GRASS SO THEY ARE ABLE TO CHARGE YOU!

If you get a quote from them, get one from another company too. you will notice a large difference in the price. Bob and Daves LOVES to over price and over bid.

The company Bob and Daves screws the most, the FOX RIVER MALL. The mall is rushed through and many of the things that are in the contract to be done, Bob and Daves attemps to make them pay extra to have done ( like thoes dead junipers last year.)
