BoatUS is a scam
- - Took BoatUS online course for NY law; paid for laminated cert; not received; filed complaints with BBB, FTC; asked for scanned copy; no response.
Took BoatUS online boating course due to NYS law paid for a laminated permanent certificate that I never received I have already filed complaints with NYS DEC, NYS Attorney General office, NYS Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, BBB, and the Federal Trade Commission due to BoatUS and Geico's lack of communication on this matter. I also asked for them to scan and e-mail me my permanent certificate so I can drop this whole thing till I receive my laminated permanent certificate I paid for with no response.
My next step will be filing a fraud complaint with my CC company I used to pay BoatUS.
