Theft of money owed to me
Boatsetter will not release the deductible owed to me to fix my boat after a renter caused damage to it. They keep ignoring my questions and emails with attachments from Geico showing over $8000.00 in damages.

I want to list my boat on Boatsetter to rent and it says my phone number to confirm it already been used in another account which I don’t see how it can be because I’ve never done this before

I need help
You guys are so worried about your image and your reputation and and just all the fluff.. you seem to forget about good old-fashioned communication with people and I've been trying to get my boat listed I've been trying to call trying to figure it out I can't get any answers it's not as easy as you think for everybody... I wanted to put my boat to work but I can't get any answers from you guys you don't have anybody I can talk to I don't understand that I don't know .

Poor experience
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had texts from the boat owner saying he will return my money because it was not the experience I was hoping for, then ghosted me. The company backed him even though I clearly had evidence that the boat owner was wrong.
