I ordered a Scotty Downrigger. They guaranteed I would have it by July 7th. I ordered it in June. They didnt even ship it until the 7th. They suck. Do not order from here. This has happened to many people.

I placed an order and tried to cancel the order within minutes of placing. Was told the order has already been processed. No way you can process an order within 5 minutes Girl from India refused to listen just keep repeating the same BS over & over while the rooster was crowing in the background They shipped items anyway & charged $16 for shipping about 10 ounces of weight
