- Money was charged on December 2.
- The package was not delivered; no callback after two weeks; I want a refund.
The issue still has not been resolved; the package has not been received, but money was taken out of my bank on December 2nd. I have left email after email and even called.
As an upset consumer, they were supposed to call me back, but they have not yet done so, and it's been two weeks. At this point, I just want my money back!

I bought nike pants for my son which was 80 dollars. I hardly can afford that.
I tried to bring them into the store where I live. The manager said in a rude way we cant take these back you guys ds these to this pants. Now Im sad I cant afford to buy a new pair. Im a single mom who is pregnant.
I just feel upset that the store couldnt take it back. It just came apart the logo and its a manufacturer problem with the pants.

- A male employee forced me to use the changing room.
She is a racist or a mad women base on her judgement she accuse customers for theft i need action on it there is boy who is working and looking suspiciously and forcing me to use changing room. Without any avidence she accused and being rude and disrespectful

- The billing address didn't match the debit card address, causing holds on an order.
- Twice, the same order had holds of $336.53 and $360.06.
Ok I made an order and it said that the billing address doesn't match the address on my debit card now my money is on hold because of that twice this happened an amount of $336.53 and the second one is 360.06 and that is the same order

Poor customer service
- Visited Cambridge, Ontario store on March 7, 2023 around 5 PM; no help.
- Bought white Crocs that day for my son; requested customer care training.
I visited the Cambridge Ontario store on March 7th, 2023 at approximately 17:00.
Three staff representatives were all at the cash register. No one offered any assistance.
I came back a few minutes later, stated to all three staff members that I was in the store earlier and no one offered any assistance.
I got an insincere apology.
I did end up purchasing a pair of white crocs. This very same day.
The only reason I made the purchase, is because my son really wanted those crocs.
Please provide customer care training to your staff.
