Service Sucks..
- - Order held 1 day for phone confirmation, then 4 days before shipping.
- - 3-day shipping took 9 days; tracking requests were ignored.
Bought a part, paid for a part and paid extra for 3 day shipping. They held the order 1 day to confirm by phone it was actually my order then waited another 4 days before they actually shipped the product. My 3 day shipping that was extra took 9 days..
When I tried to get a tracking id from them, they avoided calls, emails and when I finally got ahold of them the were not apologetic at all, didn't care and actually blamed me for their delay.
Worst experience ever, would not use..

They shipped half my order, charged full price, it was a two part epoxy. Part a without b is useless.
I returned product snd had to file a chargeback with my cc company.
They disputed the chargeback. Completely dishonest people.

They shipped half of a two part epoxy order. Useless with only one part.
They ignore customer service. Only called back when I did a charge back through my cc company. So I agreed to ship it back. They kept the product and told my cc company they never got it.
Well UPS shows proof of delivery with their office signing for it.
I have evidence and recorded calls of their lies. Stay far away from Boatersland and parent SJK Products.

Item that was purchased has been on back order for 2 months supposedly but Boatersland will not respond to emails or answer phone calls...Many people are going through this same process and are unable to get a refund or any type of feedback. Buyers Beware.
