Ripped me off

Unfortunately I didnt do my due diligence before ordering from this company. Ordered a boat cover, no confirmation email, no order number, calls to the company are met with a recording the business is closed to call again during business hours. I did and received the same message. Tried contact via email it wont send. Do not use this company!

Poor fitting boat cover

Purchased one of their custom fit boat covers for my 2015 Chaparral 226. What I received fit the transom and bow and the length was ok. What was REALLY off was the allowance for width. At mid-ship, the cover barely is wide enough. Called for replacement and contacted them by email. NO response other than they said they'd look into it. Very sad, poor service, poor fit for a cover that was higher in price than other options.

Terrible customer service, *** terrible service, period!

On July 2, 2020, I ordered a boat cover, motor cover and poles for a 16' 3" runabout with split windshield. Nine days later I got a boat cover for a 10' dingy! Wrong size and wrong type. It was like they had no idea what I had ordered. If you've been to their website you will see that they ask very specific questions about the size and type of boat you have. What they do with that information is anyone's guess. Perhaps they throw it out the window. Anyway, that was the beginning of the end of what little service they offer. I completed a return order, and they sent me a return tag for an exchange for the proper sized and type cover. I returned the cover immediately and kept the UPS receipt and tracking number. It's been six days, (four business days) since they physically received the misfit cover back. I have heard nothing from them. I then spent 30 minutes on hold with "customer service" (tongue in cheek). Nothing. Whatever you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! I think it's just some guy selling boat covers out of trunk of his car. Their webpage is a dead-end when trying to contact customer service. All you get is a fatal error sign.
