I applied for the boaters ed course, but I couldn't confirm my email. So, I had to try and do it again and had to cancel my course.

I am NOT a pissed consumer. I did the course for Boat Ed in May and have not yet received my card.
I called and the representative looked into it and said I would be receiving it next week.
She was very courteous and my concern/question was answered in 1 call. The course was great.
