Lately whenever a call is made to their main number ((514) 769-****) it's forwarded to a voice messaging system.
Since the company moved its main offices from one side of the gym to the other side (in Nuns Island), more often than not they don't answer the phone, it's sent directly to voice mail. When messages are left on their system, often they're either ignored or unintentionally not responded to.
Several tenants have experienced lack of urgency to their calls for service. Often forced to wait months for services, like fixing bathroom issues, kitchen related issues, shower related issues, water dripping issues, faucet issues and related. etc.
We're talking about their two high rise buildings on Rue Du Gaspe. problem
