Unhappy with the mess left with
We hired them (https://bntwindowsanddoors.com) to install 2 big hurricane impact windows. they mismeasured the windows, ordered the wrong color, hired unlicensed subcontractors to install only to find that because they mismeasured the windows they had to build out the opening more and then didn't pull permits according to the city official, and then are trying to strong arm me for final payment without addressing the problems or offering any resolution.
Their ads on tv are a joke. we have the written quotes, emails, and documentation and the owner won't come out and look at the shoddy work his company and subcontractors did.

Preferred solution: At this point, nothing. Having a real contractor fix the errors & pull permits.Want others to know that these scammers. Horrible people and horrible company.
