Crook
Don’t go here!! This guy claimed that the car was in great condition but that couldn’t have been further from the truth.
We have paid more in repairs than we did for the actual car.
This guy is a liar. Everyone says the same thing, I wish I would have read the reviews first

Fraud/false advertising
I bought a car from BNB Auto sales in Midvale, UT. Financed via American First Credit Union.
The credit union sent me notice that this is a rebuilt/branded title car... I was told by Rick Burton that it had a clean title. I called BNB and again was told it has a clean title... gave me a fax number so I could send him what I got from the credit union but then said he doesn't care what the credit union says.
Rick said he bought it from the state of Utah and that it had a clean title. That if there's a problem I should contact the state of Utah...??? So I'm supposed to contact someone at the state of Utah regarding the car BNB Auto sales sold me. He refused to take any responsibility for this.
Refused to take the car back. Hung up on me.
Chrysler Car Review
I bought a chrysler pacifica today from these people to have the engine blow a few hours later. Leaving me out of pocket 2500. How can someone be so heartless and rip people off 2/21/17
Deceptive
I went to see a nice Honda Civic that was advertised in a KSL add. When I got there, the car he showed me was not the same care that i'd seen in the add.
It was in terrible shape and it appeared the odometer may have been tinkered with since it was flashing "-3". I told Rick that this was false advertising and could land him in trouble. He said that someone must have accidentally posted the wrong pictures online, but he did not have the car that i'd seen in the photos.
i would be very cautious about doing business with this dealer. That's my experience.
Do not buy from bnb
Bnb is a toothless scam artist who will take you for all the cars worth and more. I gave them a chance to have my business, but i don't buy cars without having my mechanic look at them first.
As soon as i asked to do this, his countenance changed, he made excuses, and pushed me out of there. I wanted the car, so i continued trying, He then lied about selling the car elsewhere. He will not do a 20 cent fix on a car to make a sale. He will not let you verify the car is what he says it is.
If the sketchy location isn't enough of a warning sign, listen to all the scan reports out there about them. Do not buy

Fraud, deceptive Trade Pratice, False Advertising
I have not gotten anything resolved on this issue. I have the car sitting in the driveway and can\'t drive it.
He sent his reply to the Consumers Protection division and it was all lies that I can prove. He stated that I purchased the car the week before and drove it all over before deciding to ask for a different car. Saying to look at the Bill of Sale. The Bill of Sale was written the week before when I put the deposit down.
The Title shows we both signed it the day before I took the car, which was the next week. He claims he told me numerous times that the car was not under any warranty. But his ads say Full Factory Warranty. He is saying that I forged the ads I had copies of.
He also said the car only had 1211 miles, but he gave me a paper to sign that it had 2400 miles. Turns out the carfax says the cars milage was in question. The DMV complaint department is also working with me. Under law he had to tell me about the accident the car had been in, which he didn\'t.
It ran off a road, hit a pole and overturned.
And that the mileage on the car was not correct. Looks like this will end up in court.
June 20, 2012 I purchased a car and was told it was still under factory warranty and only had 1211 miles on it. I question why and he told me this story about it being taken by the Tax Commission for back taxes a company owed. He said they had to hold the car for 6 months before selling it. And he just purchased it that week. He had numerous advertisements on the internet about the car, also stating it was under full factory warranty. I believed his story and couldn't see what problems a car could have in 1211 miles.
Took car home at 6pm 6/20/2012, the next morning at 6am it wouldn't start. Since it was under warranty, I took it to the Dealer, only to be told the car was not under warranty due to the junk yard parts in it. Rick told me they were lying to me. I told Rick I might be interest in another car. Or I wanted my money back. He told me he didn't work that way. But stated again, there was nothing wrong with the car.
I picked up the car from West Valley Dodge and they showed me some of what they found. I took it back to BnB Auto, and Rick was not returning my calls, so I left it there. Then he called me back and left me a nasty message that he was going to have MY car Towed.
I told him that I was going to take it to another place to be inspected to get a second opinion. They called me back to let me know that the car had been a pretty bad crash and wasn't in good driving condition. They showed me all the problems.
Rick will not return my phone called now.
So I am now sending complaints to DMV, Attorney Generals office, and anywhere else I can find. Along with having to get an attorney, which is money I don't have. So the car is sitting in my driveway, undrivable. STAY AWAY FROM RICK BURTON AND BnB AUTO.
