OMG same happened to me. Every time I take my car to this dealership for something there is always an oil leak of some kind, gearbox, oil-pan, brake pads and rotors ...

I am not even sure if the work is been done. Car is 2008 and has less than 50K on it. I am writing to BMW about this.

Terrible service and rip off!

I took my car in to change tires and issue with the suspension on the back right wheel (the compressor was not working.) I ended up paying $5500 out of pocket. I then realized that they also billed my insurance another $5,000 on work that I believe my car did not need : oil leak in engine, leak in coolant, sensors changed, so many .....

That's fine if they were going to fix it all and fix it right. The next day I picked up my car I dad the same issue with the suspension. They didnt even check to see if they fixed my car.

Ever since Ive been to BMW of rockville, I took my car in for something, they found a lot of other things wrong with it and Im always surprised with the bill.

Dont take your car there.....
