Substandard service

My name is Socheata Por. I have been a BMW customer for many years. I love BMW. I leased BMW from Manhattan and they were excellent. 2017 , I decided to least BMW From Freeport, Long Island NY. It was horrible. The service was extremely substandard from the manager to the clerical personnel. There was a recall on Bmwx1. I tried to make an appointment to have it service, couldn't get through the clerk. Second, No one know why there is a recall. Every time I take my car for oil change , the agent told me I need to rotate my tires and charge me $140 each time. Had an appointment for inspection for end of least . No one was at the service office. I was told to come on Saturday. It turns out they were closed. The website said it was open and the clerk told me it was open. I was very frustrated. I am afraid that I will have the same horrible experience With BMW my next car, I left BMW. Ms. Por
